Privacy policy

Purposes: handling requests received through the contact form, managing subscriptions to the Barometer newsletter and, where applicable, voluntary participation in Panel 360. The legal basis is the data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, in pre-contractual relations, art. 6.1.b GDPR.

Retention: data are kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until the data subject withdraws consent. Data are not shared with third parties except under legal obligation. Research results are always published in aggregated and anonymous form, in accordance with the international ICC/ESOMAR code.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@latinos360.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
